The hotel is situated on the main island of Venice, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and clean, filled with Venetian style decor. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to assist guests. The breakfast is delicious and has a variety of options to choose from.

There were some minor maintenance issues, such as an occasional paint smell and light bulbs sitting on a sofa.

I recently had a very relaxed and enjoyable stay in a historic building located between Rialto and San Marco. The staff were wonderful, always happy to help and answer any questions. My spacious and comfortable room had a view of the square below. The bathroom had support railings for those with mobility issues. The hotel served a delicious breakfast and had a lovely terrace to enjoy in the evenings. I also appreciated the fast wifi and the helpful and friendly staff.

There were some issues with the shower and plumbing, with the water sometimes coming out in a trickle and the temperature fluctuating between scorching hot and ice cold.

As longer term business travelers, we loved the hotel's excellent location. The proximity to popular landmarks like St. Marco Square and Rialto Bridge, as well as the beautiful surroundings with small bridges and a nearby supermarket, made our stay convenient and enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a surprisingly large bathroom and a comfortable bed. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was impressive, and the breakfast, though small, offered a good variety of options. Another fantastic aspect is the breakfast, which is served early at 6:15AM and includes options for vegetarians. this hotel offers great value for money, attention to detail, and an ideal location to explore all the sights of Venice.

I fell in love with my hotel room at Palazzo Vitturi. The room was luxurious, with a super comfy super king bed, a beautiful chandelier, and a cozy sofa. The attention to detail was perfect, and I couldn't have asked for a more fine room. The location of the hotel was also perfect, just a ten-minute walk from the Rialto water bus stop and very close to St Mark's Square. The welcome we received upon arrival was warm and friendly, and the staff were very good too accommodate our needs. From offering to store our bags and expedite our check-in to providing helpful advice and recommendations, they made us feel welcome. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as slightly hard beds and difficulty with the coffee machine and bathroom light, the overall experience at Palazzo Vitturi was fantastic. Despite these minor issues, I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and enjoyable stay in Venice. I was thoroughly impressed with Palazzo Vitturi and will definitely be recommending it to others.
